Scholarship Requirements:

Application must include, and will be judged on the following:

1.) Completion of General Application Form.

2.) Proof of High School or College GPA (most recent). ·

3.) Printout of the classes registered for Fall 2025 semester.

4.)  A 250 word Goal Statement Essay (see instructions in

General Application).
